Jo’s Festive Yule Blog

I don’t have much to write in this blog, but the festive timing and premise of it allowed me to make fantastic use of a pun, so…
Thank you to everyone who made 2018 a good year for agoodwriteup. I’ve continued to work on great things with long-standing clients, I’ve started amazing projects with brand new clients, and I’ve hopefully placed myself firmly on the radar for any potential clients who may want or like to work with me in the future.
I imagine I’ve annoyed a few people too, either directly or inadvertently, but at least everybody knows where they stand with me, and I’ve wasted nobody’s time in showing who I am, what I do and how I work. Time is the most precious gift, after all!
Has 2018 been successful for agoodwriteup? I don’t know. I don’t know how you choose to define that term, and I often don’t know how to define it myself, but I’ve enjoyed very nearly all of my projects, I’ve loved working with some of the greatest people ever, and it’s all earned me a strong reputation and steadily developing skills base, as well as having earned me money to stay alive, have a nice (if not quiet) little life, and fund my small child’s rapidly worsening toast habit.
I think the biggest thing I’m proud of though, is how remarkably restrained I’ve been on LinkedIn…
Thanks to everyone who read my blogs or posts and went on to become clients, friends, motivators (for the right or wrong reasons) and generally just good folk to engage with in 2018.
Whatever you’re doing at this time of year, I hope it’s festive, fun and filled with all good stuff. And, if you want to work, train or write stuff with me in 2019, drop me a Christmas card!
Email also works.
Merry Christmas, everybody!
